FAQ
Questions
Does my sold history count toward my item cap?
No. Caps count only active items you still have on hand. Every sale you've ever made stays in your history at no cost to your limit.
Do I need an eBay account?
No. HaulHarbor works on its own: import a spreadsheet, record sales from anywhere by hand, and use all the tools without connecting a marketplace. eBay is the marketplace we connect to today, for automatic import and sync.
Is my eBay account safe?
You connect through eBay's own sign-in, so we never see your eBay password. You can disconnect at any time from Settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, online in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. You keep paid access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What happens after the Quartermaster trial?
The Quartermaster 14-day trial collects a card at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you are charged for Quartermaster on day 15 and the subscription renews until you cancel.
Is HaulHarbor tax or accounting advice?
No. It's a tracking and reporting tool. Check your numbers before you rely on them, and talk to a tax professional for advice.
