Plans and item limits
What each HaulHarbor plan includes and how the active item limit works.
Every plan includes the same core inventory, sales and finance tools. Plans differ mainly in how many active items you can track and in a few extra features.

Features that depend on your plan
- Creating eBay draft listings: Skipper and up.
- Photobooth photo uploads: Skipper and up.
- Taxes and COGS worksheets: Quartermaster and up.
What happens if you go over your limit
Nothing is deleted or locked. Items you already have stay in HaulHarbor and you can keep editing them. You just can't add new items until you're back under the limit or move to a bigger plan.
Sold items never count toward your limit. See What counts as an active item.
